Most people love the look of big, full eyes but not everyone has them naturally. Big eyes give the appearance of brightness, while small eyes usually make you look tired. A very popular way that many people achieve the look of big eyes is to wear circle lenses. These are eye lenses designed to make your eyes look bigger when applied. However, these can sometimes be expensive, too much maintenance, and tend to look very fake at times.

Luckily, we have a quicker, more easier trick to make your eyes appear bigger without going through all that hassle. All you’ll need is a cream, nude, or light salmon colored eyeliner pencil. Try to find one that’s creamy and long-lasting. DO NOT use a white eyeliner. Although this seems more reasonable because it’ll match the white of your eyes, it will only make it look too obvious. Using a more cream, nude, or salmon pink color will look a lot more natural. Apply the eyeliner to your water line, and even apply some to your inner tearduct which will make your eyes look more awake and open.

This is a very simple trick that will make your eyes look subtly bigger than they actually are. It won’t drastically make a difference, but it’ll still give the illusion of bigger eyes. Another tips for achieving the look of big eyes is to not wear too much dark eyeshadow. Stick with the light shades such as a shimmery champagne color for all over the lid. You also want to watch out for dark under-eye circles. Darkness anywhere around your eyes pretty much gives the illusion of small and tired eyes.
